Terms of Affiliate services
1. Scope ofAffiliate Activities
2. Lead Generation and Qualification Process
- Lead Initiation
- Affiliates are responsible for presenting their unique affiliate QR code or URL to potential clients to generate interest.
- Affiliates should only engage with prospects who display genuine interest in automated AI agents for customer-facing calls.
- Qualification by Aizee.ai
- All lead qualification will be conducted exclusively by aizee.ai‘s qualification AI agent via phone call.
- Affiliates agree to a fair use policy of the qualification agent of 100 credits per month. Further credits available on request
- Affiliates are not authorised to qualify leads or assess client needs on behalf of aizee.ai.
3. Demonstrations and Sales Closure
- Deal Closure
- Only aizee.ai is authorized to negotiate terms and close sales with prospects.
- Product Demonstrations
- All product demos will be performed directly by aizee.ai representatives.
- Affiliates must not conduct demos or provide technical explanations of aizee.ai‘s services.
- Affiliates should refrain from discussing pricing, contract terms, or any sales negotiations.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promotion Guidelines
- Affiliates must adhere to branding guidelines provided by aizee.ai when using logos, trademarks, or marketing materials.
- All promotional activities should be ethical and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Compliance with Laws
- Affiliates agree to comply with all relevant advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and data privacy regulations.
5. Use of Affiliate Codes and Tracking
- Unique Affiliate Identifiers
- Affiliates must use their assigned QR codes or URLs to ensure proper tracking of referrals.
- Any manipulation or misuse of tracking mechanisms is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Confidential Information
- Affiliates must keep all non-public information about aizee.ai confidential.
- Confidential information should not be disclosed to any third parties without written consent.
- Data Handling
- Affiliates must handle any personal data in compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR or CCPA, where applicable.

- The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the specified jurisdiction.

- Outline the process for resolving disputes, such as mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.
11. Entire Agreement and Amendments

- The agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the affiliate relationship.
- Modifications
- Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
